When it comes to office furniture installation, there are many issues at stake some you may have considered and some not. Listed below are frequently asked questions we receive. Q: Is Advantage Resource a union or non-union furniture installation company?
A: Advantage Resource is a union furniture installation company. We are a signatory of the Chicago Regional Council of Carpenters Union. This means we can work in every building in the State of Iowa, city of Chicago, city of Milwaukee and all surrounding suburbs due to our union affiliation.

Q: What kind of manpower does Advantage Resource have?
A: Advantage has all members of the Chicago Carpenters Union available for performing work. Our bench at this time has 75 experienced furniture installers available. With a few calls we can access hundreds of more qualified workers.

Q: What kind of equipment does Advantage Resource have available?
A: We have (4) 24' box trucks, a service van, (400) dollies, (200) panel carts, (4) sets of ramps and semi-tractor trailer capability at our disposal. We will provide whatever equipment or tools are needed to perform a job properly.

A: We currently have the following coverage but will adjust to your needs if you require another form of coverage:

Q: How does Advantage Resource price an installation?
A: Advantage will provide a bid in proposal format or if you desire we will perform work on a time and material basis.

Q: Does Advantage Resource have warehouse space available?
A: Yes, Advantage has 20,000 square feet of space available at our facility at 7540 W. Roosevelt Rd. Forest Park, IL. 60130. We can add more square footage to our existing space if needed.
